On Monday the 11th of May we started doing a program that helps us to become more active and fit. This program will last for five weeks. Two weeks have passed so we will be doing this program for three more weeks. At the start of every session we do some warm-ups then we do activities like having a race, doing stretches, playing a game etc. On the first day we had a race. It was really fun. The activities that we do depend on the day that we are doing the program so every day has a different activity. After that we do some cool-downs and then we have finished the session.
